Ingredients
30ml Jumping Goat Vodka
30ml Cruzan Black Strap Rum
Sugar Cube
Angostura Bitters
Chilli Bitters
Dried Chilli for a heated wee garnish
PREPARATION
Place the sugar cube into an ol’ fashioned glass.Fill half of the glass with iceSlowly add Jumping Goat & Angostura Bitters, then stir gently until the sugar is dissolved and the bitters are blended.Slowly pour in Blackstrap Rum and chilli Bitters and continue stirring until satisfied.Top up the rest of your glass with ice and garnish with as much dried chilli as you can handle.
