Story goes it was coffee that lead ancient Ethiopian goats to discover the vibe changing powers of the coffee berry. 1200 years and a few flat whites later, some curious Kiwis had the nerve to mix fine spirits with a few spices, NZ spring water and stacks of cold brew coffee. Because coffee is good. Coffee liquor is great.
